Chass Care is made up of a dedicated team of skilled support staff. Services are managed by competent senior staff. The company operates with a continuous improvement approach. All members of our staff each have a training matrix and a personal development plan. Self-development and enhanced knowledge of the care service are highly encouraged.

Our provisions are upto very good standard. They consist of two houses to share, studio flats, 1 bedroom flats, 2 bedroom flats and 4/5 bedroom HMO flats to share in Norbury, Streatham and South Norwood.
Our Story
Our professional journey began as secondary school teachers, later moving to roles within Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), colleges, and the Youth Offending Service.
Through our diverse experiences, we recognised significant needs among the young people we served, particularly noting that those requiring the most support often lacked stability in their lives.
Motivated by a commitment to make a meaningful impact, we sought to empower these individuals to envision and achieve a brighter future as they transition into adulthood.
We really felt we could achieve this and wanted to offer the help they needed by showing them that we Care, by providing good quality Housing, And, through giving time, listening, and understanding, offering tailored Support Services – CHASS was born!
